How do I know which training session and squad to join? - This will depend on what you want to get out of your training. If you have played competitive football before or you would like to be involved in a competitive league, or improve your skills, you might choose one of the competitive squads above. If you are new to football, are mostly interested in a low-intensity workout or are only wanting to play some football once in a while, the social training squads might suit you better. Initially, choose a squad and associated training times that you believe will suit you, turn up with your equipment and get involved. You can also speak to the coaches and this should give you a good indication of which squad and training times are right for you.
