The Curtin University Soccer Club (founded in 1992 by a group of students) is due to begin its 17th season in the state amateur league in April this year. Over the past 17 years the club has grown and prospered with the support of the university and the guild to now have six teams (two mens amateur teams, two mens social teams, a womens premier and a womens social team) in the state’s Sunday competitions.

Offering access to the world game for all levels the club caters for highly skilled and experienced players as well as beginners just starting out in the game. With the large multicultural presence on campus the club boasts players from all over the world including many African nations, Norway, Scotland, China, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Brazil and all over Australia and provides a great atmosphere for all.

As well as a high level of coaching and match play the club also offers a great atmosphere for making new friends and enjoying the finer points of a Curtin University experience. The club has no restrictions and is appealing to current students, alumni and staff alike to represent your university in the 2009 season and beyond!

The Curtin University Soccer Club would like to extend a warm invitation to all players to come down to training, just bring suitable gear (boots, shin pads, water bottle, a towel and a change of clothes- change room and shower facilities are available.)

And bring your friends!
