URGENT: NEW REGISTRATION CUT-OFF FOR MATCH DAY ONE
Football West have advised us that due to the new registration system requiring clubs to have photo ID
registration cards for all players participating in an official fixture registrations must be submitted and
paid for by FRIDAY THE 12th OF MARCH. Obviously this is incredibly close and not ideal, but we have to
abide by their rules. To ensure you are eligible to play please follow the steps below:
1) Register via MyFootballClub as per the instructions below.
2) Pay Mark Bradley cash at training Wednesday or pay by bank deposit by Thursday.
3) Submit a digital passport-style (head and shoulders only) photo to photos@curtinsoccer.com [IMPORTANT:
use your FFA number as the file name for the photo, this will speed up the process.] If you do not have
a camera or webcam to take a photo, we will be taking photos at training Wednesday however we anticipate
this will be very busy so getting it done beforehand is wise.
Registration stations will be set up at training Wednesday, but as above we expect high demand so if you can
manage it at home by yourself please do so. If you have any queries email Steve at info@curtinsoccer.com and
he will do his best to get back to you ASAP.
Womens team players: As your season starts a little after the mens season you have a little more time to
register, however we strongly suggest getting in early to avoid any dramas for the first match of the season.
How To Register on MyFootballClub
You can only register with Curtin Uni Soccer Club online via MyFootballClub.
There are two levels of registration on offer. If you wish to pay a little less, for $200 you can opt for the club helper package-
in exchange for contributing in the running of the club and attendance at social events. More information about what is expected of
you if you take up this package is available in the terms and conditions as you register. If you wish to just play and train, and do
not want to commit to the helper package full registration is $250.
You can also order extra club merchandise when you sign up. After you have selected a packaged and accepted the terms and conditions
There is a button to add additional items to your invoice. Here you can purchase jackets, track pants, polo shirts, singlets, extra
shorts and extra socks. It is worth noting that short and sock designs have changed this season and you will be expected to play in the
new design even if you have shorts and socks from a previous season. You do get a free pair of shorts and socks with your registration and
you can still train in last seasons gear of course, so don't throw them away!
The last stage of registration is a short questionnaire, you must complete at least the mandatory questions (marked by a red asterix)
and save your answers or the registration will not show up as valid. The questionnaire should only take a minute or so to fill out,
make sure you click the button that says 'save answers' when you are done!
We don't make any money on your membership fee. Just the registration cost alone to Football West is $100 leaving us with between $100
and $150 to cover costs relating to hiring coaches, referee-costs and material-costs (balls, cones, shirts, shorts, socks etc.).
Season runs from April to September with over 25 games, that's roughly $8-$10 for a couple of practice sessions and a game every week.
MyFootballClub allows for online payment via credit card, however it is always slow implementing this at the start of the year.

Please bring a receipt to training so we can locate your payment in our account and validate your registration. If you are making a
bank transfer, include your name in the transfer description. Payments made before 25th Feb 2010 (that's the day after O-Day students)
go in the draw to win one of two packages containing a $50 powerplay sports voucher and $50 cash, so get in early!

it to Dave Cantoni at training to order your club merchandise.
